Say what?

Yes, siree. Preparing for maintenance: knowing you will get there, being  confident that you can stay there, believing it is possible with all of your being is part of what helps you stay on your weight release trajectory.

Otherwise, any attempt at weight loss is like getting on a road, not knowing where it leads, and not knowing what you are going to find when you get there. Chances are at some point you run out of gas or just lose focus and turn around.
