Eggnog, pumpkin lattes, Almond Roca, peppermint bark - the list can get long. We all have our own seasonal holiday favorites that we want to munch on because these foods only come this time of the year..
Indulging in our seasonal holiday favorites makes us feel great until we fall prey to their power, putting us in a position of overindulging. This leaves us to feel imbalanced, heavier, and most of the time, mad at ourselves.
